In case of an AOG situation during office hours (monday to friday 08:30/17:00 hrs) you can contact your customer service manager. Outside office hours the AOG desk will be in charge, 7 days a week. The Fokker Services "AOG Desk" is constantly manned by an experienced logistical team who can assist you in resolving your logistical problems. In the event you have a technical or operational question the "AOG Desk" will bring you in contact with the specialist on duty at any time.
