Most of the described products and services can be adjusted to specific needs of the operator, either individually, or as part of a revision service. The aforementioned may also be part of a Customer Service Package (CSP). For all your questions concerning these sections you can contact our Marketing & Sales department. Production of Documentation Most of the Fokker documentation is stored and produced by computerised productions systems. Data entry, storage and distribution systems and the applications are upgraded continuously using the latest techniques to ensure efficient production of documentation, thus improving on quality and reducing costs. Documentation Specification Most data and documentation described in this section have been prepared substantially in accordance with the following Air Transport Association of America (ATA) guidelines:
Also AECMA Simplified English has been used in line with the Guide for the Preparation of Aircraft Maintenance Documentation. Configuration of the Documentation Configured documentation was developed for the initial aircraft owner-operator who purchased the aircraft directly from the former Fokker Aircraft B.V. The documentation, where applicable, reflect the configuration of the aircraft at the time of delivery (including all revisions thereafter according to Fokker Services records and providing such revision service has been purchased by the owner-operators). These documents are available and can be purchased by initial and subsequent owner-operators. Configured documentation contains the manufacturer originated information only. Customized documentation was developed for the initial aircraft owner-operator who purchased the aircraft directly from the former Fokker Aircraft B.V. The documentation, where applicable, reflect the unique configuration of each particular aircraft at the time of delivery (including all revisions thereafter according to Fokker Services records and providing such revision service has been purchased by the owner-operators). The documents contain specific customer information originated in whole or in part by the owner-operator. These documents are available and can be purchased by initial owner-operator and subsequent owner-operators with the written permission of the previous owner-operator. Non-Configured or Non-Customized documentation reflect current information common to a specific aircraft/engine type or mark. These documents are not applicable to a particular aircraft configuration or to a specific operator. Technical CommentsTechnical comments and requests should preferably be submitted to Fokker Services B.V. by means of a Publication Change Request form (PCR Fokker Form 9591) by Fax or E-mail.
