Aircraft Systems course
The Aircraft Systems course is a type conversion course intended for line maintenance mechanics. The Aircraft Systems course is an ATA 104 level 1/2 type conversion course. The Aircraft Systems course contents consists of the theoretical and practical aspects of the course subjects at a general level in such a way that the mechanics can service the aircraft. The training complies with the requirements as laid down by JAR-66 category A.
The training includes:
- description of the aircraft systems
- identification and location of the main components
- servicing of the relevant aircraft systems in accordance with the line maintenance procedures
- examinations
An additional hands-on training program in a Cockpit Systems Trainer can be arranged for the Fokker 50, the Fokker 60, the Fokker 70 and the Fokker 100. This additional program will take one day for a team of two to three persons at a time.
