Sustaining services optimizing mature operation

3.1 Maintenance Advisory Services: Fokker Services can assist the operator by performing a Company Survey by experienced personnel who will review the maintenance-related activities of the operator. Moreover, this service is also offered to ‚startup‘ operators who are beginning to establish a maintenance facility to support their aircraft fleet.

3.2 Line and Base Maintenance, is offered through Fokker Services’ facilities in Singapore, our sister company Fokker Aircraft Services in The Netherlands and selected dedicated partners around the globe. Maintenance personnel involved is highly experienced with the Fokker aircraft and are capable to perform any work package (both line & base maintenance). Moreover, MRO AOG Services (damage assessment and/or repair, sheet metal work, landing gear services, non destructive testing, composite repair), interior & exterior activities (cabin upgrades, aircraft painting) and a large variety of modification and conversion services are provided as well.

3.3 Recurrent Maintenance Training programs, aim for the refreshment of the knowledge level of technicians and improve their ability to maintain the aircraft in a safe and economic way. Refresher courses allow operators to comply with the applicable airworthiness requirements.

3.4 Engineering Support Services, guarantee round-the-clock service engineering and AOG support, including damage assessment & repair advice, aircraft survey, field service representative and on-site maintenance support / on-the-job training.

3.5 Documentation Revision Services, keep your documentation up-to-date and incorporate the latest in-service experience on issues related to airworthiness and economics of operation.

3.6 Reliability Engineering Services, support an operator with specific knowledge, systems and guidance to improve its fleet reliability. With strong analytical skills, airline experience and sophisticated business intelligence systems, Fokker Services manages the three phases of the reliability process: Reporting, Analysis and Recommendations.

3.7 Surplus Trader Services, support you to unlock your capital tied-up in surplus inventory; and selling your pre-owned surplus at a market competitive price level.

3.8 Consumable & Expendable Services (CES), are logistic services that minimize investment in consumable and expendable parts required to operate the aircraft and maximizes the availability of these parts.

3.9 The ABACUS program, is our main logistic program, taking care of extensive availability of highvalue rotables without the need for significant up-front investment and resources. It hinges on three integrated elements:
- a lease stock located on-site with the operator, which serves to cover AOG needs,
- a forward exchange service providing component availability from an exchange pool of high value and critical components,
- a maintenance, a repair and overhaul service (see below topic) for all unserviceable units (after repair or overhaul, the unit will be returned to the exchange pool).

3.10 Component Maintenance Repair and Overhaul services (CMRO), covering maintenance, repair and overhaul service of airframe rotables for a fixed fee per flight hour in conjunction with the ABACUS program described above.

3.11 Inventory Optimization Analysis, provides insight in the optimum between investment and availability. It is a service solution, tailored to the operator‘s dynamics.

3.12 In-Service Support, developed to provide the operator with an onsite dedicated logistic representative for all your service support, resulting in reduced administration burden and logistics cost.
